Jiangxi ACIchemshun Industrial Co., Ltd.
Jiangxi ACIchemshun Industrial Co., Ltd. was founded in 2003, originally known as Jiangxi Zhishun Chemical Mass Transfer Co., Ltd. Our current production facility is located in the Pingxiang High-Tech Industrial Park, enjoying convenient transportation and covering an area of 35 mu. A newly built plant is situated in the Pingxiang New Third Board Industrial Park, with a total investment of RMB 1.5 billion, registered capital of RMB 60 million, and occupying 100 mu. We are a high-tech enterprise specializing in the R&D, production, and sales of protective agents and catalyst supports, and we have been recognized as a provincial-level “specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative” SME. Over the past two decades, we have provided high-quality products and services to numerous customers worldwide, earning widespread acclaim. All of this stems from our unwavering commitment to technological innovation, our relentless pursuit of product excellence, and, above all, our firm belief: creating value for our customers is the very essence of our existence.

Case Study on the Application of Protective Agents in the Light Oil Hydrogenation Unit at Yunnan Jiehua Chemical Branch Company
The light‑oil hydrotreating unit at the Jiehua Chemical Branch has been in operation for 13 months. Due to high system pressure drop, it has required multiple shutdowns for decoking of the reactor overhead. Following manufacturer‑guided replacement of the ceramic packing at the reactor top with an FBN protective agent, the coking rate was significantly reduced, and the pressure differential across the reactor bed and furnace tubes remained stable at approximately 0.06 MPa over an extended period.
